Dynamic Business Transformation Analyst
We are seeking an experienced transformation analyst to support our client’s digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful user adoption for a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.
The Dynamic Business Transformation Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and change impacts. Conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations will be essential in this role. Developing and maintaining stakeholder maps and engagement plans will also be key to success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled transformation professional to leverage their expertise in change management principles and frameworks. Experience in developing training and support materials is highly desirable.
About the Role
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and change impacts.
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

* Support the creation of training materials, user guides, and communications.
* Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to drive adoption.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst in change and transformation projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 or other ERP.
* Good understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language.
* Experience in developing training and support materials.
