Be a part of our team as an Auxiliary Firefighter. This role requires you to work with others to respond to fire and other emergency incidents.
You will be expected to attend 50% of calls as a day worker with routine hours, or 30% of calls as a shift worker with non-routine hours.
It is also required that you obtain an MRV licence within 12 months of employment.
The successful candidate will be able to promote community safety and emergency preparedness by contributing to community education activities.
Key Requirements
* Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies (where applicable)
* Live or work within a reasonable distance of auxiliary fire station
* Australian Permanent Resident Status
* Manual C Class driver's licence
