Job Description
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of a revolutionary green-fuelled vessel. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate in-port maintenance campaigns, manage vendor packages and operational contracts, and oversee international supply chain and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Management: Lead and coordinate daily operations and in-port maintenance campaigns for the vessel.
* Contract and Supply Chain Management: Manage vendor packages, operational contracts, and project delivery workflows.
* Logistics and Cost Estimation: Oversee international supply chain and logistics, cost estimation, and budget management.
* Communication and Training: Conduct workshops and present to both specialist technical groups and public audiences.
* Site Operations Supervision: Supervise site operations, including permits-to-work, JHA/TBT, and interface management with contractors.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in offshore projects, process operations, or marine systems. Hands-on experience in shipyard or offshore process commissioning and offshore processing facilities is also required.

* Experience: Considerable experience in offshore projects, process operations, or marine systems.
* Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience in shipyard or offshore process commissioning and offshore processing facilities.
* Cost Control and Scheduling: Proficient in cost control, schedules, reporting, and approval workflows.
* LNG/LPG Systems Expertise: Expertise in LNG/LPG transfer, storage, and delivery systems.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of marine class/flag regulations and process plant design codes.
* HSE Skills: Strong HSE skills with a focus on risk-based decision-making.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
* Collaboration: Collaborative mindset to work with multidisciplinary teams across global locations.
