In 2019, Dan, Justin, and a bunch of chefs went on an epic, multi-stop trip to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Vietnam. MuMu's menu is inspired by everything they ate along the way. From a selection of sambal with krupuk, wok-fried king prawns, and a variety of drinks including the famous yuzu slushie, MuMu is an inner-city hangout spot within the ivy precinct. It's the perfect place to drink, dance, and burn the midnight oil. Award-winning modern Cantonese restaurant Queen Chow, located on the bustling Enmore Road, serves Hong Kong-style street food and yum cha-inspired delicacies in a glamorous old-school imperial dining house. Everything is made in-house using the best produce by a passionate and well-rounded team of chefs dedicated to mastering the intricacies of balance and texture in Cantonese cuisine. The Role We are looking for a driven and competent Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time basis.
