The Pricing Control Manager identifies, assesses, mitigates, and reports on Risk within pricing processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policy.
This role ensures control management is embedded in day-to-day operations through extensive collaboration with multiple partners across business units, functional areas, and geographies.
Pricing Control Manager Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Risk Identification and Assessment:
o Collaborate with experts to identify current and emerging strategic risks
o Develop methodologies to evaluate likelihood and potential impact
o Maintain the risk taxonomy and material risk inventory
2. Oversight Framework Development and Implementation:
o Design and implement frameworks, policies, and procedures for effective oversight
o Establish key indicators and metrics to monitor risk exposure
o Support reporting mechanisms to communicate risk information
3. Risk Monitoring and Analysis:
o Monitor risk trends and changes in the internal and external environment
o Analyze data and provide insightful reports on risk exposures
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Partner with departments and stakeholders to foster a risk-aware culture
o Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
* Experience working with auditors
* Strong project/program management experience driving complex initiatives
* Ability to analyze complex processes and propose solutions
* Outstanding communication skills
* Executive level presence and ability to influence at all levels
