T.C Boxes was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves space for work and play. We began by providing tradies with secure, durable storage and quickly expanded to serve campers, hunters, and everyday ute owners who need solutions they can trust.
Since then, we have grown steadily and continue to expand our range and reach, always focused on making people's work and adventures easier, safer, and more reliable.
From Sales to Installation and Warehousing, we take pride in doing things well, every time, and in supporting the people who make it happen.
The Role
As Site Manager, you are accountable for both the commercial performance and the culture of the site. You'll lead your team to achieve results, develop capability, and maintain high standards in performance, safety, and customer experience.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Own site P&L performance, including revenue, margin, costs, and productivity.
* Lead, coach, and develop your team, aligning capability, engagement, and performance to deliver sustainable results.
* Proactively identify and act on risks and opportunities.
* Drive revenue growth through strategic execution and key account relationships.
* Maintain safety, compliance, and a culture of doing the right thing.
* Report to senior leadership with accurate, insightful analysis.
* Collaborate across sites and support functions to maximise group performance.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who makes the people around them better and who takes ownership of outcomes, not just effort.
You're the right fit if you:
* Have 3+ years in a site management or operational leadership role
* Have 4+ years leading teams in a performance-driven environment
* Have owned a P&L and understand what moves the needle
* Can hold people to account in a way that lifts them, not deflates them
* Are commercially sharp. You read data, spot patterns, and act with confidence
* Communicate clearly, lead with transparency, and don't need someone else to start the conversation
