What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will manage the provision of accurate, timely and productive high-level administrative and customer support to the department to support the achievement of the department's set goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support including managing diaries and business records.
- Proven ability to organize high volume workload with competing priorities, within agreed timeframes and write high-quality, comprehensive, accurate, logical correspondence and reports.
- Ability to exercise initiative to problem-solve and manage priorities.
