Student Horizons – Flights Officer
Location: Moffat Beach, Sunshine Coast (Office-based with school-hour flexibility)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Flights Officer to manage group flight logistics, ensuring student tours run on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating bookings, liaising with airlines, and collaborating with internal teams to support life-changing trips aligned with safety and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate flight and passenger data, cost tracking, and itinerary updates.
* Prepare and monitor flight quotes, bookings, and documentation.
* Negotiate group rates and options with airline partners.
* Manage flight portal, internal filing systems, and flight processes.
* Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align flights with budgets and timelines.
* Process booking changes and assist with staff travel arrangements.
About You
* Proven experience in travel administration, group flight coordination, or airline roles.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, cloud systems, and ideally GDS Amadeus.
* Confident communicator with airlines and internal teams.
* Ability to manage priorities and operate within budgets effectively.
* Proactive, solutions-driven, and collaborative.
