We are not your typical restaurant. We offer a variety of exciting dining experiences. From our bustling cafe, indulgent pastry & cake line to our welcoming & family-friendly bistro, and vibrant events & catering.

Tasks and Duties
* Collaborating with our Head Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team as a new Junior Sous Chef you will be:
* Assisting in menu planning for both restaurant and catering functions
* Input into the design of new dishes
* Preparing and serving consistently high-quality meals
* Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering
* Ensuring all kitchen equipment and areas are well-maintained
* Reporting on all shift incidence activity
* Help lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient service
* Ensure appropriate communication with Chefs on duty in the maintenance of meal presentation standards and quality
* Ensure club information of changes to functions, events, policies, procedures, and upcoming promotions are communicated to all on shift
About You
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team
* Previous supervisory or kitchen management experience desirable
* Familiarity with kitchen software such as Cooking the Books is an advantage
* Availability to work nights and weekends
* Ability to remain calm, patient and professional even when the pressure is on
* A genuine desire to create amazing dishes and provide outstanding customer services
