The Digital Systems Program will replace current signalling and train control technology with contemporary, internationally proven, intelligent systems. It will help improve reliability, increase capacity and enhance customer experience on Sydney's railways.

• Embed within a large-scale strategic program team, partnering with Senior Change Managers and reporting to the Program Change Lead.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and be responsible for the iterative planning and delivery of change management implementation activities consistent with the program change approach.
• Work in close partnership with stakeholders to ensure the business is ready and equipped with the right tools (including impacts assessments) to successfully implement change.
• Represent the discipline on a digital transformation program of work aimed at improving safety, reliability and sustainability of Sydney Trains rail network.

• Experienced change professional with a track record delivering complex change or transformational programs in a highly regulated and unionised environment.
• Adept at working on multidisciplinary programs, developing and implementing change plans and communicating impacts to the business.
• Ability to influence and drive successful change outcomes in a multi‐faceted and complex organisation.
• Experience leading and facilitating stakeholder groups across all levels of organisational hierarchy.
• Resilience, determination, and problem‐solving ability in a large and ever‐changing landscape.
• Hold or hold certification in change management such as Prosci and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, Agile.
