Overview
Legal Administrator - Warm & Collaborative Culture. This is a permanent role in a leading Australian law firm with a warm and friendly internal culture, based in Sydney. Experience working in a law firm will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership including calendar management, client correspondence, travel arrangements, and document preparation and production
* Managing invoicing, accounts, and compliance with external third parties
* Organising and coordinating internal events and team meetings, external client functions, and team‑building days
* Supporting the onboarding of new staff, staff inductions and other duties related to new starters
* Overseeing office facilities, resources, and workflows to ensure smooth daily operations
The successful candidate
* Minimum 3 years experience in an administration role in either legal or professional services
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* High-level communication skills
* High-level discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
