About You You are an experienced finance leader with a strong blend of strategic capability, operational acumen and leadership presence.
Proven executive finance leadership experience
Strong commercial and business partnering capability
Experience leading teams through change and transformation
High‑level stakeholder engagement skills
Strong governance, reporting and risk capability
Ability to influence operational leaders and drive accountability
CA / CPA qualification
Prior aged care experience strongly preferred
