School Learning Officer Position
Work as a key member of our educational team to support students with diverse learning needs. As a School Learning Officer, you will collaborate with classroom teachers to meet the learning goals of students, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in evaluating and assessing student learning needs under the direction of the classroom teacher.
* Attend meetings with parents, teachers, and specialists to discuss student progress and needs.
* Support students with social/emotional needs by supervising them when needed and developing a rapport with them.
* Adhere to individual classroom rules, expectations, and behaviour management plans informed by the classroom teacher.
* Report regularly to the classroom teacher on student progress and maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
