Position
LVMH Fashion Group in Oceania manages a portfolio of Fashion brands which includes Celine, Kenzo, and Loewe.
This role will be the consultant on different people matters, from manpower planning to recruitment, from talent development to succession planning. The successful hire will be the advisor on compliance related to employment and lead on all human resources operational matters through working with the team based in Singapore. The role will also liaise with the regional talent team for talent management matters.
Role & Responsibilities
Business Partnering
1. Advise maisons on organization structure, manpower and talents required upon business plans
2. Formulate HR procedures with best practices that relate for the growth of the organisation
3. Lead the communication, implementation and measures of key talent initiatives
4. Build strong partnership with business stakeholders and the regional HR team to drive HR strategies
5. Build organisational capabilities through talent development, and advise on organization development
6. Fully responsible for the build of HR budgets & forecasts, and the HR expenditure
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
7. Key abreast of talent trends
8. Anticipate talent movement and new positions with talent mapping for key positions
9. Ensure a readily available pool of talents are in place to facilitate business growth
10. Advise business leaders on the market trend of talents insights including local employment practices and changes
Talent Development & Learning, Engagement
11. Drive and facilitate the new way of performance management
12. Take part in the annual talent review and OMR management, succession planning review
13. Identify training and development needs and support the growth of existing talents
14. Work with business leaders and regional HR partners to drive key talent development and retention
15. Develop employee engagement initiatives to nurture an engaged and D&I culture
Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations Management
16. Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding cycle
17. Work closely with regional HR team for C&B trends, retail commission, and relevant packages
18. Take charge of regular reporting through liaison with regional HR team
19. Advise on all people related regulatory compliance
20. Act as the consultant on disciplinary issues and actions
Others
21. Develop the local HR teams to be all rounded human resources practitioners
22. Collaborate with the regional HR team in Singapore for the different human resources topics, from HR business strategies, manpower planning, talent development to human resources operations to envision a regional brainbox
23. Drive transversal projects across functions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Profile
24. Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline
25. 15 years of experience as human resources generalist with good exposure to business partnering and talent management, ideally from the retail industry
26. Well versed with compliance ( Fair Act) and human resources practices in Australia/Oceania (required)
27. Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to work in a matrix and diverse environment
28. Resilient and a true team player
29. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, people management, good communications, organized and a self-starter, good with numbers
30. Moderate business travelling required within Oceania, occasional travel within APAC region may be required
