The Senior System Administrator is the Operations Lead and Service Delivery Bridge within the Engineering team, responsible for managing escalated incidents, improving triage quality, and strengthening collaboration between Engineering and Service Delivery. The role also supports monitoring uplift and day-to-day operational management across core Microsoft enterprise platforms.Key responsibilities include incident triage and escalation management, maintaining operational documentation, improving monitoring and alerting standards, supporting core systems including M365, Intune and Azure, and contributing to capability uplift across teams.To be successful, you will hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of five years' experience in Microsoft enterprise environments.
