What You Will Be Doing
The FHR Transition - IT Service Delivery Manager role works across Peninsula Health (PH) BAU IT Operations and Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) ICT Teams. It manages the transition and commissioning of the IT Service Delivery team into the shared public-private partnership (PPP) model with FHR. This model will enable high-quality service delivery to Peninsula Health users and consumers. For more details, see the Position Description.
What You Need
We expect you to have:
* Extensive Service Delivery Management experience including Problem, Change, and Incident Management.
* Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
* Excellent Leadership and People Management skills.
* Strong Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and online communication skills.

*Salary details are in the salary circular for the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025. Sub-grading depends on experience. The role requires full COVID-19 vaccination per Peninsula Health policy.
