Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Administration Clerk to join our team at a reputable automotive dealership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with excellent time-management and attention to detail skills, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships, maintaining accurate floorplans, and supporting the Sales department with stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships via email/phone
* Maintain accurate floorplans using various databases
* Raising repair orders using internal programs
* Support our Sales department with stock availability
* Reconciliation of tasks such as registration of vehicles
* General administration duties such as reports, stationery and scanning

Requirements:

* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent time-management and attention to detail
* Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
* ERA experience preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of motor dealership systems and a basic understanding of the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential
* Willingness to learn - full training provided
* Automotive administration experience is highly regarded but not essential
