About The Role
As a Systems Administrator, you’ll help keep our ICT environment secure, stable, and running at its best, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You’ll play a key part in managing our Azure tenant, including Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud, to support identity governance, security, and operational excellence.
In This Role, You Will
Support the provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure and standard operating environments.Provide day‑to‑day technical administration for core ICT systems.Use agreed tools and processes to investigate and resolve technical issues within service levels.Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high‑quality technical support.Monitor, analyse, and report on performance and alerts, escalating as needed to maintain system reliability.Identify risks and opportunities to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing and team capability building.

You may be a great fit if you bring some of the following:
Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID in an enterprise setting.Background in Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, application registrations, or Single Sign-On.Privileged Identity Management (PIM)—including concepts like approvals, just‑in‑time access, and access reviews.A working knowledge of Defender for Cloud and cloud security recommendations.Azure network security, Private Link, or Private Endpoints.
