We are seeking a full-time and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including Motor Vehicle, Public Liability, Worker's Compensation, Superannuation, Professional Negligence, Medical Negligence
* Work collectively with senior and junior lawyers and support staff.
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
* Stay informed about relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments.
Requirements:
* Established skills and Minimum Practical Post admission experience of Two (2) years and experience in personal injury law
* Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality legal services.
* IRO approved lawyer
* Strong legal research skills
* Ability to meet and manage deadlines and client expectations.
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Be able to meet budget and financial targets.
* Sound computer skills and experience with Legal Practice software (LEAP)
