About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as an Inventory Coordinator. The role involves managing inventory functions by operating stock control computer systems, providing exceptional customer service to the Australian Defence Force, and ensuring accurate operation of electronic and manual inventory stock management systems.
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for instructing and training staff as required to ensure quality standards are maintained, planning and controlling work activities, including resource allocation and time management, maintaining all Technical Publications relevant to the operation of the Inventory Office, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, and demonstrating a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in similar environments, excellent communication skills at all levels, knowledge of inventory management systems desirable, and experience within Defence and/or Logistics environment highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate operation of electronic and manual inventory stock management system
* Instruct and train staff as required to ensure quality standards are maintained

* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

Requirements
* Relevant experience in similar environments
