Responsibilities
* Strategic leadership to achieve growth objectives and long term sustainability.
* Strong corporate governance and stakeholder management.
* Drive financial performance by setting and achieving key financial targets, including revenue, profitability and cost control.
Qualifications
* ASX / Small Cap Experience
* Transport / Industrial Manufacturing Experience
* Central Coast based or reasonable proximity to be present onsite
Based on the Central Coast, the successful candidate will ideally be a proven CEO. Consideration will also be given to executives looking to step up into the CEO for the first time.
