Role Description
This is a part time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. You’ll be working on a high-ticket sales role, closing deals with decision-makers in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Contacting leads provided by the company (no need to generate your own leads)
- Initiating contact primarily through cold calls
- Following up on prospects
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities
- Must be able to work minimum 10 hours per week
Compensation
- Attractive bonuses for selling more than 2 programmes within a 30-day period
- Commission-only, with uncapped earning potential
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Closing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work remotely
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
