An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to help lead the growth and success of our Bunbury store. You will lead from the front. Driving sales results, building a cohesive team culture, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store presentation standards. This is a hands‐on role where you will manage performance, stock, merchandising, promotions and budgets. You will also work closely with the warehouse to support receiving, dispatch and customer deliveries.

• Lead, coach and develop your store team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day
• Maintain high presentation standards aligned to brand guidelines
• Manage stock levels, merchandising and product displays
• Support warehouse operations and assist with customer deliveries as required
• Manage wage costs, rosters and expenses
• Ensure timely customer deliveries and follow‐up

• 2 to 3 years in a retail leadership role, target‐based environment. Candidates must have previous bedding industry experience.
