Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Concession Manager to lead our team at David Jones Adelaide. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising and expense control.
The successful candidate will be expected to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs, while delivering a premium customer experience.
* Team Management: Assist the Regional Manager in leading the team to achieve business objectives.
* Sales: Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and inventory management.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual presentation to attract and engage customers.
* Expense Control: Manage store expenses within budget to ensure profitability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Retail Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and train team members to achieve business objectives.
* Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales trends and strategies to drive revenue growth.
