Your mission?
To develop trusted partnerships, uncover needs, and deliver tailored furniture solutions that align with project goals and elevate client outcomes.Key Responsibilities Promote Empire's comprehensive portfolio of commercial furniture to architects, designers, builders, and government clients.
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to project handover—ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and existing accounts.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to meet and exceed your pipeline and sales targets.
Provide expert advice on product selection and technical specifications aligned with design and spatial requirements.
Collaborate internally with design, project management, and logistics teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in commercial furniture sales or a related industry.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including specification, quoting, and delivery coordination.
Strong network and understanding of the A&D, D&C, or government sectors within SEQ.
Confident, proactive communicator with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results.
Well-organised, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
