Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist to join RMH and help shape how people experience work through insight-driven employee engagement and experience initiatives.

The Specialist supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and induction through to recognition, internal movement and offboarding.

To be successful in this role, you will bring initiative, a proactive and future-focused approach, and the ability to use workforce insights, employee feedback and behavioural understanding to help improve engagement, connection and belonging across RMH.

Key Responsibilities

* Support employee experience and engagement initiatives
* Analyse engagement data and identify improvement opportunities
* Support onboarding, recognition, internal movement and offboarding initiatives
* Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, inclusion and belonging
* Embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles into employee experience practices

About You

* Demonstrated experience delivering employee experience, engagement or workforce insights initiatives
* Qualification in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience supporting employee listening or engagement initiatives
* Ability to translate insights into practical actions and improvements
