Key Responsibilities
Review orders to maximise DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time).
Maintain finished goods stock levels within target ranges.
Optimise production schedules for the manufacturing factory.
Identify production bottlenecks and critical paths.
Manage production inventory and made-to-order inventory.
Liaise with customer service to manage enquiries and order expectations.
Assess quality issues and determine appropriate actions.
About You
Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems advantageous.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
Hands-on, driven to improve factory performance, and able to work under deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
