Accountant Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Melton, Victoria.
Job Description:
This role involves working closely with the Director and broader team on client work and firm initiatives. The successful candidate will have a solid technical grounding in taxation laws and regulations, including Division 7A, FBT, CGT, and business structuring.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in public practice accounting, be CPA or CA qualified, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, trust, and company tax returns, as well as supporting the management of tax affairs for high-net-worth clients and SMEs.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the improvement of internal processes and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice accounting
* CPA or CA qualified (or working towards qualification)
* Solid technical grounding in taxation laws and regulations
* Excellent communication skills
