News Australia is looking for a high-energy Client Executive to join our Client Partnerships team, named the 2024 AdNews Sales Team of the Year. In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat of our Independent Agency portfolio, managing the seamless delivery of integrated campaigns across iconic brands like The Australian, Vogue, and news.com.au.
The Role:
As a Client Executive, you are responsible for the seamless delivery of campaigns across print, digital and audio channels. You will focus on ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently, working closely with internal teams and independent agency clients to deliver strong outcomes and a high standard of service across our commercial portfolio.
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial integrated campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, on budget, and within scope.
* Manage internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure efficient delivery and long-term partnership renewal.
* Partner with Sales, Product, and Editorial teams to meet needs and secure integrated client wins.
* Drive the retention and growth of state-based revenue targets by delivering exceptional campaign outcomes.
* Adhere to established standards and frameworks while identifying key trends and best practices to share with the wider team.
Who are you?
* You are a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong focus on efficiency and simplicity.
* Understanding of campaign delivery, client service, or media, ideally within a publisher or media agency environment.
* You can prioritise work to meet commitments, outlining clear plans in a logical sequence.
* You hold yourself to high standards, accepting responsibility for your work and meeting commitments to others.
* You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups, showing tact and sensitivity in difficult situations.
