What to expect

Advising our regional clients from various industries along the entire value chain
Taking responsibility for exciting projects in areas such as digital and IT transformation, factory and production planning, operational excellence and supply chain management.
Actively shaping the implementation within the client organization alongside conceptual work, ensuring visible impact.
Support UNITY teams at already existing customers in all steps of the project.
What you bring
You're excited by the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and hands-on implementation, which you've gained through initial experience.
Must-have:
Proven project management experience in a Management- or IT-consultancy, or a comparable role in an industrial company, with initial insights into process, transformation, and architecture management
A master's degree with excellent results, ideally with a technical or business focus
Affinity for technology, with initial exposure to AI and its potential applications in consulting
Knowledge of business contexts in projects and organizations
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Interest in a variety of tasks, industries, and topics, especially in the field of digitalization
Written and spoken in English and Danish (at least C1-Level)
Nice-to-have:
Written and spoken fluency in German, any additional Nordic language
Curiosity, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive UNITY development in the Nordics
Independence, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a self-directed and
responsible manner
Strong desire for collaboration and cohesion within our team spirit.
