The Claims Officer will work within TAG’s centralised claims team, reviewing and processing claims while ensuring TAG remains complaint with all Employment Services contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and verify claims and provide appropriate documentary evidence to support them.
* Ensure a thorough understanding of contractual and legislative requirements, in particular a comprehensive knowledge of Outcome and Documentary Evidence Guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations through maintaining accurate records.
* Record Post Placement Support and other relevant documentary evidence for outcome claims for all Employment Services contracts.
* Assessing and identifying risks to placements and implementing strategies to address.
* Reimbursement of wage subsidies and other eligible items in ESS.

* Performance targets will be negotiated as part of Training Alliance Group regular performance planning and review processes.
* The incumbent is required to undertake a police and Working With Children Check prior to employment.
* The incumbent can be expected to be allocated duties not specifically outlined within their position description, however within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from a person occupying this position.
