You will be responsible for attracting top talent across the company. It's a fast paced, dynamic environment. Working in a team of passionate people, you will recruit, screen, interview and engage new candidates from management level to entry level roles and everything in between.
Your responsibilities will be to:
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill vacancies across the country
* Create job postings that are creative and engaging to attract top talent
* Screen applications
* Conduct daily group and individual interviews
* Reference check and recommend suitable candidates for employment
* Maintain accurate records of candidates and the hiring process
* Offering and negotiating offers and onboarding
* Conduct talent searches to head hunt top talent
Experience that would suit the role:
* Previous recruitment experience
* Experience facilitating group interviews
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
