An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Guest Service Agent to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is 20 minutes' drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced guest service agent to welcome our guests and be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.
Responsibilities
* Act as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.
* Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guests' journey.
* Process all check-ins and check-outs.
* Process hotel charges to guests\' accounts, ensuring bills are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and securely.
Qualifications
Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
