At Finance One, we're looking for a Collections Officer to join our team. As a key member of our collection department, you will play a vital role in establishing effective payment plans and building strong relationships with customers.
About Your New Role
* You will work closely with customers to empower them through engaging negotiations and offer education on meeting future obligations.
* You'll use your negotiation expertise to resolve outstanding arrears and determine the best course of action for both the client and the company.
About You
* We're looking for someone with minimum 6 months experience in a collection role within secured asset collections.
* A background in skip-tracing is also essential.
