Administration Manager – Canberra Outlet Centre
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet Centre.

Key responsibilities
* Drive the debt ratio for the centre to meet company requirements
* Support financial management, including direct recoveries and extended trade recharges as per company requirements
* Undertake the relevant process and procedures to meet client reporting requirements
* Effective management of centre administrative functions, in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Effective support and management of the Administration Coordinator
We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:
* Qualification is Business Administration or similar
* Minimum 5 years’ experience working as an Administration/accounts professional
* Exposure to debt collection and confident in liaising with retailers
* Exposure to retail property highly regarded
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel, with financial acumen
