**Your opportunity**
As a Perm Part time Concierge Attendant at **Westfield Whitford City **, you'll be joining a diverse and inclusive team. Your focus is to ensure our customers are left with a positive experience when entering and leaving our Living Centres. You will work across multiple teams including concierge and our click and collect service (Westfield Direct).
Day to day, you will:
- Deliver the ultimate customer experience within the centre
- Be well presented, confident & self-motivated with exceptional people skills
- Ensure all enquires are attended to in a professional and timely manner and escalated when required
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Providing assistance, directions, and information to customers in a busy retail environment
- Support the sale and processing of our Westfield gift cards
The role will be offered as a permanent part time position working a 25hour week (including some weekends) based at the Westfield Whitford City centre.
