**About Your New Role**
Working in a small team the role will see you provide support to the Credit Department with;
- Contacting customers and verifying information
- Updating customer information in the system including bank accounts details, ABN, etc
- Handling and resolving customer queries
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
**About You!**
Ideally, you will come from a customer service or administration background and have the following
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail,
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Team player
- Exposure in Credit / AR teams will be highly regarded but not essential
- SAP knowledge is beneficial but not required
