About the role
The Uniform Shop Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the Temple Christian College uniform shop at both Mile End and Paralowie Campuses including new and second‐hand uniform items. You will also assist with the uniform supply at the Marion Middle School.
Key responsibilities
* Overall operation of the uniform shop ensuring excellent customer service to the parent community
* Purchasing new uniform stock from suppliers for all campuses
* Sales to parents and students of both new and second‐hand stock
* Working with the Principal to ensure a high standard of uniform is maintained including updating as required
* Financial administration of uniform shop within designated budget
The successful applicant will:
* Be a committed Christian active in church fellowship
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully engage a range of stakeholders.
* Be able to prioritise, demonstrate initiative and take a proactive and flexible approach to tasks, while fostering the support and co‐operation of team members.
* Have excellent customer service skills & proficiency in the use of POS systems
* Be willing to undertake mandatory child safe training and obtain relevant clearances.
* Have (or be willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check
* Be residing in and have entitlements to work in South Australia
