**How will I help?**
This role will be supporting the National General Manager of Indigenous Banking in achieving the Consumer and Business Banking strategic agenda, including the implementation of key projects aligned with Indigenous Banking's strategic goals and objectives.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Providing high-level diary management, removing roadblocks and ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings with papers (where required)
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and events - including agenda and invite management, minute taking and action items (as appropriate), booking of meeting rooms and videoconferencing, organising equipment and catering where required
- Managing travel requirements and expenses
- Assisting in the collation of national communications and presentations for various meetings where required
- Providing support to senior leadership team as required including assistance on strategic projects
- Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up on internal customer compliments, queries and concerns

**What do I need?**
You will have experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Executives in a large organisation. You will be self
- motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong forward planning and proactive mindset is also essential to the success of this role.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive
- Extensive diary management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills with great attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Professional, calm and 'can-do' approach
- Strong competency with MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
