Mobile Visitor Centre Volunteers assist the Tourism Development Officer with greeting visitors, answering queries relating to local tourism experiences and/or hospitality offerings, and providing visitor information. The MVC will provide services during the peak tourism season which runs from September to May the following year.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and provide relevant visitor information (brochures, guides etc.)
* Assist the Tourism Development Officer with setup and pack down of the MVC space
* Respond to enquiries in a professional manner
* Provide polite and friendly customer service
* Must be a City of Rockingham resident

Commitment: Regular - more than 6 months
Time Required: Thursdays to Sundays, 9.00am to 2.30pm; Up to two shifts per day available
Training: Will be provided
