The Position
1. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation across food production and menu-based catering
2. Lead and inspire a brigade of high performing culinary talents
3. Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, & staff management
4. Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
5. Monitor costs, portion control, waste minimisation and stock control in line with business requirements and agreed budgets
6. Oversee HACCP and Allergen Management at site
The Person
7. Qualified Head Chef with an eye for detail, quality and presentation standards
8. Solid culinary leadership experience in high end/ high volume premium dining environment
9. Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, allergen management and infection control
10. A positive, supportive, ambitious leader, with the ability to train and mentor staff
11. Finesse in plating, knowing that presentation matters !
12. A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
13. Successful applicant must be able to pass an ASIC security clearance as part of the onboarding process
