Business Development Manager l Full Time ??? Opportunity: As our Business Development Manager in Yarrawonga, NT, you will be ultimately responsible for expanding and retaining client base across the state.
This high-impact role is critical to driving rapid, profitable growth while delivering exceptional client satisfaction on major projects.
You will do this by developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with our core business objectives, with success measured by key outcomes such as securing major contracts, maximizing equipment utilization, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role: Lead growth in the dewatering and transfer pump market across key sectors (Municipal Water Authorities, Mining, Civil Construction).
Identify, qualify, and secure major new business opportunities, including large tenders.
Retain, manage, and grow existing key client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to anticipate challenges and seize opportunities.
Use HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track client engagement, and produce performance reports.
?? Experience: Proven self-starter with strong commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach.
Demonstrated success in driving rapid, profitable growth within dewatering/pump solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all levels.
Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
Valid driver's licence.
Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits.
