This is a full-time position based in Broadmeadow, NSW.
Responsibilities Include
Site deliveries and collections - Transporting goods to various sites efficiently. On-time, undamaged deliveries - Ensuring goods reach customers in perfect condition and obtaining signatures as proof of delivery. Customer interaction - Engaging professionally with customers while delivering or picking up goods. Vehicle and equipment maintenance - Keeping company vehicles and equipment in a safe and clean condition. Picking and packing - Accurately preparing customer orders for dispatch. Paperwork completion - Ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly filled out. Warehouse upkeep - Maintaining a clean and presentable warehouse environment.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Strong communication skills - Able to build rapport easily with customers and team members. Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment -Plumbing wholesale experience is a strong advantage, but not essential. Physically capable - Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including picking, packing, and lifting items up to 23kg. High attention to detail - Accuracy in order preparation and safety-conscious at all times. Technically capable - Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using basic warehouse systems. Proactive and motivated - A “can-do” attitude, hardworking nature, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Well-presented and personable - Professional appearance and a friendly, supportive manner. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence - Mandatory for the delivery component of the role. Full Australian or New Zealand working rights - Sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
