The Opportunity
Our Toowoomba Branch
has an exciting opportunity for a
Field Service Heavy Equipment Diesel Fitter
to join our service department in a permanent full-time position.
This role will see you focus on all aspects of
Heavy Diesel mechanics and mobile plant equipment fitting
andwill best suit someone who has strong focus on
diagnostics, maintenance and repairs
for our valued customer base.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Trade Qualifications -
Minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
Safety Commitment – Proactive awareness and total assurance of Hitachi's number one priority
Experience & Skillset - Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with demonstrated work experience and technical knowledge of construction equipment - Hitachi equipment experience highly regarded
Positive can do attitude
Analytical thinking - Ability to navigate complex technical issues in repair and maintenance services with minimal to zero rework
Autonomous productivity - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively, delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
