The Melbourne Clinic, situated in Richmond, Victoria, is Australia's largest private mental health service, providing a variety of recovery-focused inpatient and outpatient programs tailored to meet the needs of people with a range of mental health conditions. These include The Living Well Program for general inpatients, the Professorial Mood Disorders Unit (associated with The University of Melbourne), Older Persons' Psychiatry, Eating Disorders Unit, Drug and Alcohol Detoxification and Rehabilitation, and the Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit. A Community Outreach Program and various Day Programs support people in the community.

We are seeking a mental health clinician to join our OCD program, which is linked with local and international research initiatives and designed to help individuals with OCD and related disorders. The program involves a dedicated 2 to 3-week inpatient treatment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy.
This is a part-time temporary maternity leave role (0.7 to 0.8 EFT).
As an Art Therapist (Grade 1 or 2), your responsibilities will include :
* Creating an inclusive, supportive, and learning environment for patients to explore their interests and abilities in creative activities, facilitating groups within inpatient and day programs
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in care planning and management
* Attending relevant multidisciplinary team meetings
* Participating in program development and review
* Contributing to policy development and evaluation
* Engaging in quality improvement and research projects

* Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards
* Current Working with Children Check
