Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels;
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including current employees, suppliers, and partners;
This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities include but not limited to,
* Candidates sourcing via Social media platforms. Interviews 2nd rounds, 3rd round Interviews(Panel or One on one).
