Location: Regional North Queensland
Employment Type: Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:36pm
About the Role
As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles and products are delivered on time, in top condition, and to the highest standards. Acting as the crucial link between sales, logistics, and customer service, you'll manage all pre‑delivery activities — from inspection scheduling to documentation and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating pre‑delivery inspections, documentation, and schedules
* Liaising with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
* Tracking and updating order statuses in internal systems
* Identifying and resolving pre‑delivery issues or delays
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards
* Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
About You
You're a strong communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You're proactive, detail‑focused, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll bring:
* Experience in coordination, logistics, administration, or automotive (advantageous)
* Strong time‑management and organisational skills
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
* Proficiency with MS Office and order management systems
* A positive attitude and keen attention to detail
