Our hay processing plant currently has multiple vacancies for full‑time Hay Plant Operators/Maintainers. Accommodation options include drive‑in drive‑out and permanent housing.
About the Role
Plantရေး operators are hands‑on and run as well as maintain the hay processing plant, perform housekeeping, and participate in plant safety, quality and performance initiatives. They set up, operate, troubleshoot, service and maintain both fixed and mobile hay plant and equipment. The role requires working in teams on rotating shifts from 12‑hour day and 12‑hour refers night shifts for about a week each cycle. Roles include telehandler operator, forklift driver and fixed plant operator/maintainer.

Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, troubleshoot, service and maintain fixed and mobile hay plant equipment.
* Maintain plant housekeeping standards.
* Participate in plant safety, quality and performance initiatives.
* Work in teams on rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts for up to 5 consecutive days.
* Operate telehandler and forklift equipment as required.
Qualifications
* Committed to safety.
* Able to work rotating 12‑hour shifts for up to 5 consecutive days.
* Able to pass a pre‑employment medical.
Compensation
Base starting rate $36 per hour plus a $3 per hour shift roster allowance.
Other Information
Role has an immediate start date and is permanent full time.
