Responsibilities include:
* Undertake routine and preventative non-trade maintenance to mechanical plant, machinery, buildings and equipment
* Maintain the gardens and grounds of the facility
* Perform outside cleaning as per maintenance schedule and assist with cleaning duties where scaffolding or a ladder is required
As a member of the Hotel Services Department, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility's maintenance activities.
