The Sales department is responsible for shaping successful customer relationships and partnerships and makes a significant contribution to BORA's continuous sales growth. The focus is on strategic development through growth initiatives in the areas of product innovation, internationalization and digitalization, as well as on optimizing our operational excellence towards retail partners and end customers. Our diverse, international team consists of enthusiastic colleagues who ensure intensive support for our global growth markets.
Responsibilities
Management of our Showroom in Sydney and the staff as well as the sales agents in all states
Strategic budget planning (and annual budget submissions)
Implementation and indemnification of the global BORA marketing strategy
Profound coordination of product communications and product trainings
Ensuring excellent customer service
Management of areas as logistics, order processing and other management tasks
Finance duties such as invoice preparation, commission for the sales agents, etc.
Acting as an interface to the Austrian Headquarter
Qualifications
First experiences in a similar role
Ideally (Retail) sales experience
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exact and reliable way of working
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with an ERP System
Excellent English language skills
